Calling

I started calling English country dance in 2006 and contra dance in 2008. I was active in the Austin ECD/contra communities until relocating to Seattle in 2010. I emphasize connecting with partners, neighbors, and the community through smooth, flowing dances.

Playing

I’m a classically trained clarinetist who enjoys playing many styles of music: contra, English country, Scandinavian, klezmer.

I play with the Ballard Sedentary Sousa Band and Les Fabulous Girls du Ouest Coast.
